With exclusive access from Friday evening to Sunday morning, you can enjoy a relaxed schedule without feeling rushed. The Something Blue Cottage is yours for the weekend, providing a charming and convenient space to get ready.

Enjoy exclusive access from 12 PM to 12 AM, along with use of The Something Blue Cottage as a stylish and spacious getting-ready area for you and your bridal party. This package ensures a smooth and stress-free day from start to finish.

The Gold package is ideal for couples planning their ceremony elsewhere but looking for a stunning venue for their reception. With access from 2 PM to 12 AM, this package allows time for vendor setup while giving you exclusive use of the property for an unforgettable evening. The bridal room located within the barn provides a private space for final preparations before the celebration begins.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our barn seats up to 150 guests for a reception.
For weddings with over 50 guests, a licensed and insured coordinator is required. Our on-site event manager will be available to assist with all venue-related needs.
Rental periods start at 10 hours, with extended access available in our premium packages. Early access allows vendors to set up at their convenience.
Events must conclude by 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00 PM Sunday – Thursday.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your own caterer, as long as they provide full service and meet our insurance requirements.
Absolutely. You may bring your own alcohol, but you’ll need a licensed bartender to serve and an ABC license for the day of your event.
Yes! Sparkler exits are allowed on the gravel area outside the barn doors. A sand bucket for used sparklers is required.
